Max Mello, PA-CCareer coaching for PAs, NPs and CRNAs
Max Mello, PA-C

Max Mello, PA-C

Max is a physician assistant who has worked in orthopedic spine surgery, cardiac electrophysiology, emergency medicine and post-acute care, and still practices. Since October 2023 he has also been Director of Physician and APP Recruitment at Voll Recruiting, where he recruits physicians, PAs, NPs and CRNAs for practices, hospitals and specialty groups.

That mix is the point of his coaching. He has worked under the kinds of schedules, supervision arrangements and pay structures his clients are weighing, and he sees how employers build and negotiate offers from the other side.
